Why am I joining Hope on the Horizon?
This summer, I’m trading lab coats and espresso machines for a different kind of mission: joining Hope on the Horizon to bring the love of Christ into the streets. I’ve always believed actions speak louder than words, and this program will give me the chance to prove it. The focus on compassion, dignity, and especially shared humanity was truly what made me fall in love with the mission. As someone who’s still figuring out their own faith, I’m excited to be of service alongside a community of like-minded people. Let’s learn, connect, and rediscover what it means to follow Jesus without the noise.

Hi, I’m Chloé! I’m a pharmacology undergrad living in Montréal! This summer, when I’m not busy barista-ing, I can usually be found at the park with a book, side questing through the city with my friends, or by the squat rack at the gym (there’s a 90% chance it’s leg day).
Between being the eldest in my family and working in hospitality, I’ve come to appreciate the quiet power of warmth, compassion, and small acts of kindness. They might seem small, but they shape the way we connect with each other.
