About Us

Catholic Street Missionaries is a B.C. registered charity incorporated on the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus on June 3, 2016. We are endorsed by the Archdiocese of Vancouver. Archbishop Emeritus Michael Miller is our spiritual director. We aim at developing young lay missionaries to reach out to the margins of society.

To bring the Gospel message of God's love and hope to those on the fringes of society.

Love for the poor

God has preferential love for the abandoned, forgotten and outcast.

Equality

Those on the street are as precious as those who serve them, all sharing the same dignity as God's Children

Understanding

We respect those who do not believe in Jesus as Savior and God. We do not force our faith on them.

That no one be forgotten, as we stand with the abandoned and marginalized, reaching out to them.

That everyone be treated with respect and dignity no matter their situation.

That everyone, especially the weak, poor and outcast, be cared for

That there will be no more buyers of sex (as no one should have the right to treat another person as an object).
