Mildred Moy

Dear Friends in Christ, 10 years ago, in 2016, we kicked off Catholic Street Missionaries with a 24-hour Fast and Pray, knowing that the road ahead of us requires much sacrifices and prayer. This year, 24-hour Fast marks the beginning of a new decade for us. As many people on the street and among our loved ones are afflicted with mental health challenges, we are fasting for their recovery and for our mission in the decade ahead. We have been counting on your generosity to continue our mission to reach out to the poorest of the poor. Along the way, many souls have been touched by our small gestures of love: Some dropped the idea of suicide, some got off the street and now have a permanent place to call home, some even have built a family with loving spouse and precious children. Without your support, none of the above would have happened. May I count on your support again as we cross the 10-year mark, marching to a brighter future, sharing God's love and creating hope for those in darkness. Thank you very much! With my heartfelt gratitude, Mildred, Founder and President
